TabLoft is a browser extension that helps you organize and manage your browser tabs. This policy explains what data the extension handles and how.

Data we store

The extension stores information about your open and saved browser tabs - including page URLs, page titles, and favicon icons - entirely within your browser's local storage (IndexedDB and chrome.storage). This data is used solely to let you view, organize, and restore your tabs within the extension.

No data leaves your device

The extension makes zero network requests. We do not transmit, upload, sync, or share your tab data - or any other data - to any server, including our own. We do not have access to your tabs, browsing history, or any personal information, because nothing is ever sent to us.

Diagnostics

The extension keeps a few local usage counters (for example, how many saved tabs you have). These are stored locally only and are never transmitted automatically. If you choose to report an issue, you may manually copy and share this information with us yourself; we do not collect it any other way.

No third parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party, because we never receive it in the first place.

Data retention and deletion

Your tab data persists only in your browser's local storage for as long as the extension is installed. Uninstalling the extension permanently deletes this data from your device. We hold no copy of it anywhere.

Future paid features

If a paid Pro plan is offered and you choose to subscribe, payment processing will be handled by a third-party payment provider, who will collect the information necessary to process your payment (such as email and billing details) under their own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing that provider's policy before subscribing. Your tab data itself remains local and is not linked to any payment account.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the extension handles data, we will update this policy and notify you within the extension before the change takes effect.
